UfiSpace and GIGABYTE Debut "U-GIGA Solution" at COMPUTEX 2026: A Unified AI Rack Solution Built for AMD-Powered Platforms
June 2nd, 2026, Taipei, Taiwan - UfiSpace, a global leader in open networking solutions, today announced the launch of the "U-GIGA AI Solution" in collaboration with Giga Computing, a subsidiary of GIGABYTE at COMPUTEX 2026. This joint AI rack solution integrates UfiSpace's high-performance open switches, powered by Broadcom® silicon, with GIGABYTE’s modular AI cluster, GIGAPOD featuring the latest AMD AI technologies. The solution provides a high-performance, scalable, and pre-validated AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of large-scale AI training and inference.
With the explosive growth of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), data centers face an increasing demand for high bandwidth, low latency, and scalable network architectures. The U-GIGA AI Solution leverages Open Networking and comprehensive L11 rack integration to help telecommunications and data center operators significantly shorten the deployment cycle of AI clusters while reducing operational complexity.
Building an Efficient AI Fabric with Open Networking Architecture
The GIGABYTE Accelerated Deployment Unit, GADU, showcased at COMPUTEX demonstrates the strong hardware-software synergy between UfiSpace and GIGABYTE. The architecture is built across three critical network layers:
• AI Compute Fabric: Featuring UfiSpace S9321-64E 800G high-bandwidth switches. Powered by Broadcom® Tomahawk 5, it provides 64 ports of ultra-high bandwidth to construct a low-latency, non-blocking high-performance fabric for AI training clusters.
• Ethernet Storage Fabric: Equipped with UfiSpace S9300-32D 400G switches based on Broadcom® Trident 4. These optimize inter-rack data exchange and South-North or East-West traffic, ensuring high-throughput and low-latency access to massive datasets.
• Management & OOB Network: Utilizing UfiSpace S6301-56ST switches powered by Broadcom® Trident 3 to establish a stable and reliable Out-of-Band (OOB) management network, enhancing system visibility and maintenance efficiency.
Empowering AI Deployment Flexibility and Sovereignty
UfiSpace achieves seamless integration from L10 to L11 through the U-GIGA AI Solution, supporting open networking architectures and compatibility with multiple high-speed optical modules and Network Operating Systems (NOS). This grants customers greater architectural autonomy and future scalability when deploying AMD-based AI platforms.
