Environmental Sustainability

In response to the risks and opportunities of climate change, UfiSpace actively reviews the carbon emissions and energy/resource usage across its operations to set the goals for carbon reduction and energy/resource conservation. In 2023, due to the expansion of the operation scale, UfiSpace moved the headquarters to the green building of Huaku National Landmark in Xinzhuang, and adopted energy-saving equipment and green building materials for decoration. In addition, the Company took measures in response to the Green Office Initiative of the Environmental Protection Administration, co-creating a green office with the employees.

Carbon Emissions and Energy/Resource Management

In accordance with the goals and measures to address climate risks, UfiSpace reviews the carbon emissions and energy/resource usage of the operating environment annually to set the sustainability goals for the organization’s operating environment.

Energy Consumption

UfiSpace's energy management pertains to its internal energy consumption, sourced from purchased electricity. In 2025, the company procured 420000kWh of green electricity.

Statistics/Year 2023 2024 2025
Energy consumption (MJ) 4,272,621 4,546,318 (gray electricity)+
360,000 (renewable energy)
= 4,906,318
4,785,185 (gray electricity)+
1,512,000 (renewable energy)
= 6,297,185
Renewable energy ratio (%) 0 24

Note 1: The conversion formula for the heating value of electricity is 1kWh=3.6MJ.
Note 2: UfiSpace’s energy management covers internal energy consumption, which is sourced from purchased electricity. The Company does not generate electricity for self-use. In 2025, it purchased 420,000 kWh of green electricity.

Energy Intensity

Statistics/Year 2023 2024 2025
Energy Consumption(MJ) 4,272,621 4,906,318 6,297,185
Annual revenue (NT$ thousand) 3,500,000 3,250,000 5,500,000
Energy intensity (MJ/NTD thousand) 1.2207 1.5096 1.1449

Note 1: The boundary only includes the organization’s electricity use.
Note 2: Energy intensity = energy consumption (MJ)/annual revenue (NTD thousand). Annual revenue is calculated based on the average of the revenue range.
Note 3: To align with international sustainability disclosure standards and more accurately reflect UfiSpace’s operating efficiency, the denominator for calculating energy intensity was adjusted from “floor area” to “annual revenue.” The 2023 and 2024 data were also recalculated retrospectively to ensure data comparability and consistency.

GHG Emissions

To support customers’ carbon reduction efforts and more comprehensively fulfill climate accountability, the Company conducted greenhouse gas inventories in accordance with the ISO 14064-1:2018 management framework and included the 15 categories defined by the GHG Protocol to collect more complete Scope 3 data. The Hsinchu Office was included in the greenhouse gas inventory in 2025. Due to the adjustment of the organizational boundary, 2025 was set as the base year. Once data becomes more complete in the future, short- and medium-term carbon reduction targets will be planned based on the ultimate goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

Green Office & Green Living

While pursuing technological innovation, UfiSpace is committed to shaping a sustainable workplace, steering its daily operations toward a more eco-friendly, healthy, and low-carbon direction. As its operational scale expanded, the Company consolidated its previously scattered leased offices. In April 2023, the Company relocated its headquarters to the new building, which obtained Silver-level green building certification. In addition to the certification, the office building is equipped with rooftop solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations, which perfectly aligns with UfiSpace's green operational philosophy.
