Maternity Health Protection Plan

UfiSpace is committed to building a gender-equal and maternity-friendly workplace. To protect the physical and mental health of female employees during pregnancy and childbirth, the Company strictly implements the “Workplace Maternity Health Protection Plan.” Once the Company becomes aware that an employee is pregnant, professional medical and nursing personnel proactively intervene to conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and work content confirmation for the workplace, and provide precise health education information and caring guidance through in-depth prenatal and postpartum interviews. In 2025, a total of 5 employees required maternity health protection, including 3 pregnant employees and 2 postpartum employees.
