搭載高效8核心處理器與 28 個高速埠口設計，包括400G FlexE端口和OpenZR+功能，並於硬體支援5G時間同步規範 (SyncE 及 IEEE 1588v2) 。S9510-28DC 符合前傳網路802.1CM 時效性網路 (TSN) 標準，是xHual 應用的最佳選擇。

S9510-28DC可安裝於室內或戶外機房，搭載熱插拔風扇及電源供應器，無須關閉整個系統即可進行維護作業，降低維護成本。
